This document reports the results of a toxic air pollutants survey conducted in April and May 1999 in Matthews, NC at the request of the Mecklenburg Department of Environmental Protection (MCDEP). The survey encompassed monitoring for a variety of toxic air pollutants including mercury, several metals, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), formaldehyde, and hydrogen chloride.
