The final "State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the North Carolina Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) Program" package was submitted to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) on May 21, 2010. The transmittal letter and full SIP are available through the links below.
This SIP is required by the Clean Air Act and demonstrates that the North Carolina Inspection and Maintenance Program is in compliance with Federal regulations.
