The Appendices are too large to post to a website. A request for public hearing notice was open through March 15, 2008. No requests for a public hearing were received on or by this date. So, the hearing that was scheduled to transpire at 2pm on March 19, 2008, at the Winston-Salem Regional Office of the NC Division Of Air Quality has been canceled.

Any persons wishing to comment may submit a written statement for inclusion in the record of proceedings regarding the PM2.5 Attainment Demonstration Package. The comment period will be open until March 20, 2008.
