NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE NORTH CAROLINA
DIVISION OF AIR QUALITY DRAFT AIR QUALITY PERMIT FOR
STERICYCLE INC., LOCATED IN HAW RIVER, NORTH CAROLINA

Stericycle, Inc., located at: 1168 Porter Avenue, Haw River, North Carolina, (Alamance County) has applied to the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Division of Air Quality (NCDAQ), Permits Section for the renewal of their existing air quality permit No. 05896T17.

The Director of the North Carolina Division of Air Quality, has determined that a public hearing is in the best interest of the public. Therefore a public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on May 25th, 2010 at the Alamance County Community College, 1247 Jimmie Kerr Road, Graham, NC 27258. Individuals may register to speak at the hearing for up to three minutes. Additionally, written comments will be accepted at the hearing and may also be submitted to Donald van der Vaart, DAQ Permits Section, Re: Stericycle Permit, NC Division of Air Quality, 1641 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1641. All written comments postmarked by June 30th, 2010 will be considered. Email comments may also be submitted no later than June 30th, 2010 to: Gautam.patnaik@ncdenr.gov.
