PSD Preapplication Checklist The NCDAQ requires a PSD preapplication meeting before any PSD permit is submitted. This meeting can be in person or by teleconference. Please contact John Evans at to schedule a PSD preapplication meeting. Prior to the meeting the attached PSD Preapplication Checklist should be completed. |
