Baseline Actual to Projected Actual Examples The use of baseline actual emissions to projected actual emissions is authorized under the current non-SIP approved version of the NCDAQ PSD regulation at 15A NCAC 2D .0530. The following document provides some examples of how this calculation can be performed.
